Refund Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
14-day problem-resolution refund policy: A refund may be available when a material, reproducible problem with a BitByBit app prevents normal use of the paid functionality and we cannot resolve it, fix it, or provide a reasonable workaround.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Eligibility
For this voluntary policy, report the problem to us within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and before the app has been used for more than 8 total hours. We may ask for the app version, macOS version, steps to reproduce the issue, and relevant non-sensitive diagnostics so that we can investigate it.
This is not an unconditional trial or change-of-mind refund policy. A refund is not automatically available where the app functions substantially as described, has been used for more than 8 hours, or where the issue can be resolved or reasonably worked around. Mandatory consumer rights may provide additional remedies.
How to Request a Refund
Use the contact form and include the purchase email address, order or transaction reference, product name, and a short reason for the request. Do not include payment-card details.
Refund Processing
We review eligible refund requests after reasonable support efforts. Where the transaction was processed through Paddle, we request the refund through the original payment provider. Refund timing depends on the payment method and payment provider.
A refund returns the amount paid for the applicable license. It does not create a right to retain, transfer, or continue using the refunded license.
Digital Products and Statutory Rights
Software licenses and downloads may be delivered immediately after purchase. Your rights relating to digital content and cancellation can vary by country, including where you expressly request immediate access. Any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law take priority over this policy.
Chargebacks and Support
Please contact us first so we can investigate licensing, access, or billing problems. Nothing here prevents you from using rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
