When you use the contact form, the website processes the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. The message sent to our support mailbox also includes your IP address and browser user-agent information to help prevent abuse and diagnose delivery issues.
The contact form uses a session-based robot check and a hidden bot-detection field. This information is used to process and protect the support request.
How We Use Contact Information
We use contact information to respond to support, privacy, licensing, refund, and general enquiries; protect the website from abuse; and maintain records needed to handle the request. We do not sell contact-form information.
Payments
Where a purchase is made through Paddle checkout, Paddle processes payment and transaction information under the terms and privacy information shown in the checkout. BitByBit does not receive your full payment-card details.
Payment providers may provide transaction references and information needed to fulfil a purchase, provide support, and process refunds.
Hosting and Technical Data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use an advertising or cross-site tracking system on this website.

We retain contact and transaction-related information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and refund purposes. You can ask us about information connected to a contact request by using the contact form.
